Our chefs have the freedom to be creative and produce daily specials and dishes for our seasonal bistro menu. And we make sure all the team are backed up with knowledge and confidence in the menu by training days and regular tasting our new dishes and wine.

We are looking for someone to join our front of house team. If you love good food and wine please get in touch.

Experience is preferred but not requires.

Must be able to work evenings, weekends and Christmas.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £8.50 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

  • Tips

At Hispi we run a 4 day working week with 7 shifts across the 4 days. The salary is £24,000 per annum with a full share of all tips based on hours worked. Tips equate to within the region of £6000 additional per annum. 5.6 weeks of holiday entitlement a year including bank holiday allowance. Perks include 50% off your bill when dining at Hispi or any other Elite Bistro across the northwest and a free staff meal whilst on shift.
