Booking Cancellation Policy
Smaller Groups
For party sizes of 1 to 8 people, we require a credit card hold to secure the booking.
No payment is taken on this card, except in the event of no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice. All credit card information will be processed securely.
No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge of £10 per person.
Larger Groups
Valid for bookings made from 1st September:
Parties of more than 8 people will be required to secure a credit card hold in order to confirm the reservation. No payment is taken on this card, except in the event of no-show or cancellation with less than 72 hours’ (3-days) notice in which case a charge of £20 per person will be applied. All credit card information will be processed securely.
All large group bookings will only be provisional until a credit card is successfully applied to the reservation and we reserve the right to cancel a table should a party fail to provide this information.
Please note: Pre-orders will be required for all parties over 8 people.
This does not apply to exclusive hire bookings
For booking made prior to 1st September, a deposit of £10 per person is non-refundable but may be transferred to a future booking, provided we are given at least 72 hours’ notice of cancellation.
Exclusive Hire
For bookings where exclusive use of all or part of the venue is required, we will ask for a minimum spend to be met. In order to confirm the reservation for exclusive use, a deposit of 20% of the minimum spend value will be required.
This deposit is non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future booking, provided we are given at least 4 weeks’ notice of cancellation.
Special Events
From time to time, we may put on special events, e.g. tasting menus, for which a specific booking and cancellation policy may apply.
You will be informed of any changes to these terms and conditions upon booking.
Christmas Day: A deposit of £85 p/p will be taken at the time of booking to secure the reservation. You can modify or cancel your reservation for a full refund up until 30th November. No shows, cancelling or modifying after this date will forfeit your deposit.
New Years Day: A deposit of £85 p/p will be taken at the time of booking to secure the reservation. You can modify or cancel your reservation for a full refund up until Boxing day (26th December). No shows, cancelling or modifying after this date will forfeit your deposit.
